I remember all the people in the GLBT community who said Obama would nominate a gay or lesbian person to the Supreme Court seat currently held by Sotomayor. I knew that wasn't going to happen, but if we start to see some appointments at the district and appeals court levels this might actually happen in the next ten years or so.
